Dragon Boat Event Continues...

I am so tired of this dragon boat event. That's why I'm not going down to the rafts anymore! I wonder when the people of Cor will decide to take it down. I mean, Cor doesn't exactly look like they're loaded with cash but hey, they seem to have dragon blades and lots of other stuff to just hand out to the winners! Then again, they might just be rich because of all the hidden artifacts around Cor village that people keep taking it to Voight to appraise. The hobgoblins around the rafts have probably gotten so tired of people crossing their territory that they've even gotten MORE aggressive in the last 2 weeks! And that's why I quit the event. I have a whole lot more stuff to do instead of riding the rafts all day, waiting to get jumped by the 'jumpers' or shot by the archers. I'm happy that I'm rich right now so there's no reason for me to go back to the event.
I'm all over the place with figuring out what to rank! I just learned Musical Knowledge recently, and the darn book was 80k. Aeria appeared to have a slight attitude when I was contemplating whether I should buy the book or not. She looks like a little library geek but she can be rude, too. I bought the book because I needed more intelligence, and I bought the next one after that. Now I need to get my composing up...
I spent the last week getting more holy waters and ore fragments from the beach. It was so hot out at the beaches, and I'd be there all day, getting annoyed when I got these unknown fragment thingees that looked like pebbles. Then my metallurgy seive would run out of durability, so I either got 2 of them to switch out or ran back and forth to the nearest area to repair it. Ugh, tiring. I wore Silverbelle out, even though I switched between her and Speedymae. They were both hungry, unfortunately so I fed them meat.
I bought myself some new armor too! I was soooo glad when I chose the right day to visit Edern and the armor I wanted was plain white! So I didn't have to buy a dye to dye it at all. =)

OMFG DRAGON BLADE!!!

I GOT A DRAGON BLADE TODAY! :D FINALLY! I wasn't even expecting it! I was in a party with hubby Jamio and 6 other people and we made good timing. I forgot what time we made it but we did it! I opened my little box and there it was, the precious red DRAGON BLADE! Of course I wasn't gonna keep the thing. If metal dyes weren't so GAY and you could actually change the color of the freakin blade as freely as you can with dye ampoules, then I would have changed it to pink and kept it for myself!
But since the thing is bright red and you can only change that part to grays (uber phail), I'm gonna sell it for lots of money! This is my only chance to get rich in Mabi! Woo hoo! I ish happy.
Plus I have two black kite shields to sell. I don't need them. I hate black lol! It won't match my pink ensemble at all. I am so happy though! My hubby also got a dragon blade and a black kite shield. I'm happy because we spent days running through Irinid doing this and all of my pets are overloaded with things, especially clothes. My trusty horse Silverbelle is my work horse who carries the main load of potions, herbs, ores, and ingots. The event is finally almost over and I am sooo glad! We are all tired out and everything. Time to do a complete cleanup of my pets, too. But I'm so happy I got a dragon blade! :P

Rafting Fun!

I had a lot of fun rafting today! I'd been so busy refining the last couple of days and haven't paid much attention to the event going on by La Terra Highland. I won 2 dresses that I can't fit until I'm 17 and 18 but they are so nice! I also got another dress from a random girl who was playing a little game and said, "Pick a number from 1-10 and you get a prize."
Of course she doesn't say what the prize is but I jump in and say, "5!" Then she says, "Okay, Sy wins!" And I'm like, wow, really? And she gives me a green dress!
Of course I was flattered and what not and thanked her a million times. Then I went to sell the dress because I didn't need it and more than likely I knew I'd get some more money from the rafting event. So me and my hubby went to go rafting. It was fun! But people slowed us down by trying to steer the raft. I got hit by hobgoblins a couple of times and it was very annoying! O_O Plus every time one of them jumped on,the whole boat would be filling with water from tipping over, which caused people to have a hard time fighting and crap. Ugh. I got so wet! But I didn't get that many good prizes today
sooooo I shall try again tomorrow! :P

Sweetpaws

Sooooo, I signed up for the counter dan test thingee but there weren't enough people for me to go in! I wasted 2 whole days waiting. I eventually gave up after talking to Sprinkles and her hubby Fagger waiting for the time to pass and I went with them to join their guild, Sugar. The people seemed very friendly. I then ran off to do solo Rundal. I was doing well at first, me and my dog Sweetpaws, but I guess he's getting too old to fight! He kept dying on meh! He is getting really old. He's really strong but his fighting abilities are dwindling down. But he's still a good faithful doggie!

"Goofiest-Looking Mabinogi Player Ever!"

Well, we have not been let back into Elysium! (cry) Oh, well. I might as well find another guild to join.
Today is Lughnasahd and I took a trip to Emain only to find out that the Advancement placement Arena was finally open. I applied for the icebolt test because I have rank 1 icebolt but I failed because I wasn't prepared. It was fun though... the random enemies kept respawning and I was really not prepared. I didn't know I'd have only an ice wand once I went in there! It was fun getting points but I will not fail next time!
I just ate strawberries because I was so hungry. I think I need to take a break from lemons. I'm starting to get fat and that's just not happening. LOL! Gotta re-curl my hair after all that mad fighting.
Anywho, someone here just won the award for the "Goofiest Looking Mabinogi Player" ever! I saw this dude and I was like, what the freak? I told him he looked funny and he made a face at meh. LOL!!! Take a look! O_O





Yeah... no comment on that one. LOL! Well, better get ready to go into this arena once again. I SHALL NOT FAIL! XD

Elysium

Jam and I ran into Syroran last night. I haven't seen him in ages! He was still in our old guild, Elysium. We all took a little trip to Sidhe and the guild stone was amazingly still in the same spot. It was great to see the guild still going. I suppose Skylerseren had done a great job of upkeeping it! So Jam and I just rejoined, and I'm waiting to see if we will be let back in.

Beans for Elysiu!

Yesterday Jam went to Vales and got a white polar bear and named him Elysiu. I can't believe how strong that thing is! At already rank 6 critical hit and rank 6 healing, that bear is lethal! I know it's great for dungeoning, too. I can't wait to get one!
Now we're in Dunburton gathering beans from the fields. I just ate a bunch of lemons, don't ask why. I guess it's because I favor the severe sourness? I don't know. But I get more upper body muscle when I eat them so it can't exactly hurt to eat lemons. It's 3:30 in the morning and I'm cold, and we're out here weeding beans out of the ground to make magic bean tofu for the bear so he can grow as huge as he can. Sigh.
At least I'm near my home, Dunburton! And after that, I'm gonna eat again and head to Ceo Island.
I wonder how good I am with those huge red golems now that I have rank 1 counter. Can't wait to test it out! But I'm scared. I'm only 10 years old... =(

The Road to Strong Counterattack

Hello people. I just got a little bored and decided to write about my life in Mabinogi. I'm sitting in Tir right now by the church as usual, waiting to do the part time job. I'm kinda broke... need to get some more holy waters and sell them! People say I'm cheap for selling them for 600 each, but I say that's good! I get all the business. The folks running around selling holy waters for 1k each or more are straight crazy.
Well, since I have rank 1 icebolt, I said I might as well continue on my counterattack ranking. I just reached rank 1 counter about 2 days ago! But I still have a long way to go. But it's great that countering is easy... and way easier to rank than icebolt was. I'm still struggling to get my 'Master of Icebolt' title! I have yet to get it and I've had rank 1 ice since umm, I don't know, March? O_o It's so annoying! Still working on it though. Blah.
My hubby came back to Mabinogi after a long break. He's starting his journey over this time and ranking defense again. We had fun yesterday killing an ogre for his quest LOL!
Time for another church job. I shall return! =)
